I hope you’re having a good weekend. This week’s episode of “Here’s an idea worth playing with” is about mistakes and how they are an opportunity to make yourself and the business better.

Businesses are full of humans doing work - and humans make mistakes. It’s part of business.

Mistakes are a gap between expectation and reality - we can learn from this. We also want to guard against catastrophic mistakes.
