Hi.
I'm sorry. I've failed you, my readers.
After 71 weeks of consistently publishing this newsletter I stopped without a word as to why. For that I am sorry.
Life got busy. I got distracted by work, by people and by plans that I shouldn't have been making and none of that added any value to you. I am sorry.
But I'm back. I've reset myself. And with that comes fresh content, a fresh website and fresh new brand.
You'll notice a change to this newsletter.
It's built around the core Pillars of Life philosophy of Cultivated Management. It's simpler, easier to create and read, and hopefully more fun for you.
Rob..

SOCIETAL IMPACT
Our workplaces are a society. We must work hard to build the kind of company we would want to work in, with people who add to our immediate society. And in today's world - that society doesn't even have to be local. As more people work remotely it's important to include everyone. And if you're one of the many who work remotely - you can still thrive in the workplace and your career.
EFFECTIVENESS
I hear it a lot. "How can I motivate my employees?". You cannot. You can create conditions for people to find their own motivations. I always tell managers to try their hardest to NOT DEMOTIVATE people. This guides pretty good.
